Quick guide for band and plate setup
Band Connector Position
Keep the band connector on the left or right side between your bar and the plate.
Band Mount
Insert the band inside the connector from the inside to the outside hole. Adjust as needed.
Plate Mounting
Insert the plate connectors between the two plates. Attach the two side bars to the mid-bar by turning them clockwise until they are secure.
